Tools in ecologic, nature, farm, cultural and gastronomic tourism in rural areas
This project is co-funded by the European Commission through the Spanish Service for the Internationalisation of Education (SEPIE), within the framework of the Erasmus+ programme, Key Action 2: Partnerships for Cooperation.
OBJECTIVES
Its main objective is to analyse the current scenario of rural tourism and the digital tools present in this sector in the partner countries: Austria, Slovakia, Romania and Spain. An exchange of experiences between the partners will be carried out through two face-to-face workshops to define the needs of the current rural, ethnocultural and ecological tourism and to collect examples of good digital practices in this sector.
MAIN ACTIVITIES
Workshop: Current and potential rural tourism linked to agricultural and forestry activities.

Workshop: Gathering of information on instruments, digital tools and good practices on rural tourism.
In order to know the particular casuistry existing within the geographical area covered by the project, each partner will carry out an analysis of the existing starting situation in its respective territorial area, and will undertake the elaboration of an analysis of the additional needs in this sector.
The activity includes the organization of a training workshop that will aim to identify best practices and tools for the development of rural tourism activity and its potential. It will also create a network of digital tool developers. This workshop will take place in Andalusia, Spain.

Design and creation of a manual
The aim of this activity is the elaboration of a good practice guide containing a summary and citing examples of existing digital tools in the field covered by this project, so that they can be used in vocational and educational training, lifelong learning, as well as for trainers and learners.
